You are required to confirm the following:
- All trainees under your instruction complete a PAR-Q, PAR-Q+ or Get Active Questionnaire once per year;
- If a trainee is directed to consult with a physician upon completion of the questionnaire, they provide you with authorization in writing from the physician confirming it is acceptable for the trainee to participate in the proposed activity.

Of course there are many ways to go about optimizing your health and I can help you find what is best for you as an elite trainer and certified fitness nutritionist my ultimate role as a health coach is to properly and thoroughly articulate nutritional information so you are in a better place to make good decisions more consistently having better nutrition and performance outcomes. Strength training at any age is important to general well-being and health. This program is a low intensity strength program I meet you where your ability is and build a program to build your strength. I will monitor intensity levels to keep them low while still working to alleviate discomforts and get stronger. Join us to learn the proper techniques and have the confidence in your body to maintain your healthy, active lifestyle! Providing a non-competitive, friendly experience focused on developing strength and general fitness in a supportive setting tailored to your experience level 1 on 1. |
