INTRO STRENGTH TRAINING PACKAGE - ONLY
Strength Training Package Breakdown:
**Pricing and Terms:**
- Cost per month: $520 plus GST.
- Number of introductory sessions: Up to 8 sessions in the first month.
- Length of each session: Custom programmed for 45 minutes to 1 hour, with a generous commitment of the coach's time.
- Discount for January: Over 1/2 off for the first month, at the cost of $260 plus GST.
- Commitment: A 12-week commitment is required for this package.
**Scheduling and Flexibility:**
- Summer and December appointments: Flexible scheduling to accommodate 2 sessions per week. In some cases, one session may be missed due to holidays in the first month, but all other missed appointments can be credited and used in the following month after the 12-week period.
- Unavailable period: The trainer will not be taking clients from August 1st, 2023, to August 15th, 2023. The two weeks will be rescheduled and pushed ahead in this package. December 5th to January 5th will also have flexible scheduling.

Dorthy has maintained a consistent and dedicated training schedule with her coach over the 7 years of training. Her reliability and accountability are evident, having never missed a scheduled workout during this time. This commitment and discipline in her fitness journey were acknowledged when she earned a silver medal, demonstrating her impressive dedication.

A sample contract is provided below, and as Coach Dorthy is very flexible, it's always negotiable to ensure the best working relationship.
